Click Create Profile in Octo Browser
Open Octo Browser and click Create Profile.

Open Connection and select HTTP
Go to the Connection tab, choose Set new proxy, and click HTTP.

Paste ip:port:user:pass and click Check Proxy
Paste your VinaProxy proxy string into the Host box and click Check Proxy to verify connectivity.
